1. Scope
The site presents Kythea Labs, a professional project in its start-up phase, and some work carried out by its author. The information published is purely illustrative: it is neither a public offer nor a contractual proposal, and no product or service is sold through the site.
2. Projects shown
Real screenshots are labelled as such in the captions; for confidential projects and backend systems the images are illustrative concepts.
3. Engagements
Kythea Labs is not, at present, an incorporated legal entity. Any collaboration will be formalised only in writing, in compliance with the applicable tax, social-security and contract rules and through a party entitled to invoice. Scope, fees, timelines, intellectual property and liability will be defined in that contract. Until then the contact form serves only for an initial informational exchange.
4. Intellectual property
Texts, trademark and artwork of the site belong to Kythea Labs; third-party logos belong to their owners. Repositories marked as open source are governed by the licence published in each repository.
5. Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is: continuous availability is not guaranteed and no liability is accepted for damage arising from the use of the published information, to the extent permitted by law.
6. Governing law
Italian law applies. The competent court for individual engagements is set in the relevant contracts.
7. Site operator
The site is run personally by a natural person; Kythea Labs is a project name, not a registered company. The identification details of the operator and, once incorporated, of the legal entity will be published on this page. Contact: hello@kythealabs.com.
